SEA3eD is a grassroots organization located in Washington’s South Puget Sound dedicated to advancing the educational empowerment of Southeast Asian Americans.
- To promote solidarity among the Southeast Asian American community by working together with students, families, the local community and stakeholders to address educational needs from K-12 and higher education
- To raise awareness regarding the educational access issues and resources for Southeast Asian American students
- Promote the facilitation of educational access resources and services for Southeast Asian American students and families
- To promote a community wide climate and initiative that is conducive to personal growth, empowerment, equity and leadership for the Southeast Asian American community
Founded in January of 2011 as the Southeast Asian American Access in Education Coalition, SEA3eD aims to set a platform for the Southeast Asian American community to unify and advocate for their educational needs.
